Shipping

Policy

We ship out pretty much every day.  Any order before 2pm Central time will most likely go out the same day.  We typically use paper envelope for shipping.  Tissue paper to keep the product from scratching while heading your way and wax paper wrapped around the retail box to keep it water proof just in case the package gets wet or the carrier accidently tears the envelope on its way to you.  USPS is what we typically use and we will provide a tracking number for everyone's security. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.  We are located in Texas, right in the middle of the country...West or East is usually 3-4 delivery.  Rain, snow, floods, Christmas season is usually slower than usual.  But if you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with us.  

Refund & Exchange

We will make this as simple as possible.  Although shipping is free, we cannot refund 100% if you are not satisfied.  We don't mind refunding for the product, but not the shipping.  If we sent you the wrong item or shipped to the wrong address given, we will be 100% responsible and fix anything that needs fixing.  If the item takes much longer the the 3-5 days, please give it a few more days before we make a claim with the carrier.  Each tracking number is attached to a GPS tracking system and can tell the exact spot of delivery.  This helps everyone know where the package is delivered. Sometimes the tracking number is not in the system after we dropped off to the Post Office, something we cannot not control...most likely it is already headed your way.  Weird, but true.   If you have any kind of issue, feel free to get in tough with us at 903-705-2809 Call/Text/WhatsApp directly.
